Welcome to Wowzer Labs. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wowzer Labs website and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About Wowzer Labs
Wowzer Labs operates as a venture studio running two programmes:
- The Panel — a selective programme for credentialed experts:
- Bespoke Ventures: Courses, masterclasses and live events; diagnostic tools, AI systems and apps; and physical product lines built from deep expertise.
- Enterprise Value: Ventures built over three to six months and structured for long-term value.
- The Launchpad — a validation programme for skilled practitioners without formal credentials. Launchpad builds a single digital product from your expertise and tests its market demand with paid advertising over approximately six weeks. The fee is £500, payable once.
These services are provided on a selective basis and are not available to the general public without application and approval.
2. Website Use
This website serves as an informational platform about our services and application portal. You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or systems
- Transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
- Scrape, copy, or systematically extract data from the website
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when applying for services
3. Application Process
Submission of an application through our website does not guarantee acceptance or create any obligation on Wowzer Labs to provide services. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our sole discretion. The application process may include:
- Initial application form submission
- Review of your credentials, audience, or expertise
- Discovery calls or interviews
- Evaluation of partnership fit
4. Service Agreements
If your application is accepted and you choose to engage our services, you will enter into a separate, formal agreement that will govern the specific terms of our partnership, including:
- Scope of services to be provided
- Programme-specific terms of engagement
- Intellectual property ownership
- Responsibilities of each party
- Confidentiality obligations
The formal service agreement will supersede these general Terms of Service with respect to the services provided.
5. Launchpad Fee
The Launchpad programme fee is £500, payable once, exclusive of VAT where applicable, and not refundable. Full terms are set out in the publishing agreement. Programme-specific obligations are confirmed in writing before an engagement begins.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Wowzer Labs or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
For clients who engage our services, intellectual property ownership will be clearly defined in the service agreement, typically structured as follows:
- Clients retain ownership of their course content, expertise, and intellectual property
- Wowzer Labs retains ownership of marketing assets, funnels, systems, and technology infrastructure
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wowzer Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of this website or services.
